After I left IBM, the task became part of participating in a new exciting project. It was about the revision of the printers and printing servers located throughout the German railway company.
In total, it was approx. 8000 individual printers as well as a myriad of servers spread over the locations throughout Germany.
What gave me great pleasure was the project-related handling of external consultants and the changing activity in the home office, office and when traveling.
Which unfortunately did not give me so much pleasure to work for a company where some of the employees are waiting for their retirement and rejected all innovations.
