Until now, computers have always been a means for me to choose tasks and projects. From the time of the beginning of my training, this should change abruptly.
By learning the new technologies and methods, I was able to develop my previous creativity in a completely different way. Initially, software development was not particularly interesting for me either, as many learning examples lacked practical application.
In the course of my training, I have thus accompanied a large number of my own projects, whether private or with a professional background.
Thanks to access to the school’s MSDN program and existing hardware, I have built up a first terminal farm, which has henceforth allowed me to access my home infrastructure remotely at mobile workstations again and again.
In addition, I had the opportunity to further develop a complex initial software project. The original task was to create a freely selectable software project.
The result was a program for the digital management of the lunch supply of employees at the location, which was continuously developed over several years. They could select and order from a comprehensive catalog of lunch offers. The settlement is then made directly from the salary. Database supported by local application and notification of availability, the employees could plan their lunch from the comfort of the workplace.
